[摘要]盾構刀盤與地層的相互作用是刀盤和刀具設計與優選的關鍵。對國內外富水砂卵石地層中盾構刀盤相互作用方面的研究進行了綜述。針對北京地鐵19號線08標段施工所面臨的富水砂卵石地層,基于ANSYS/Workbench有限元分析軟件,建立了該工況下的刀盤-地層耦合模型,并開展了仿真研究,得到了耦合作用條件下的應力分布特性,研究結果表明:該工況下盾構掘進過程中刀盤最大等效應力強度達2.58MPa,地層最大等效應力強度達1.91MPa;地層等效應力分布與刀盤應力分布基本規律一致:沿著半徑增大方向逐漸增大,邊緣處應力集中現象明顯,最后依據模型等效應力分布規律對刀盤結構提出了優化設計方案。

Coupled Stress Research of Spoked Cutter head and Stratum Based on ANSYS/Workbench

Abstract: The interaction between cutter head and stratum is the key to the design and optimization of cutter head and cutter. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research on cutter head interaction of shield tunneling in water rich sandy gravel stratum at home and abroad. Aiming at the water rich sandy gravel stratum faced by the construction of the 08 section of Beijing Metro Line 19, based on ANSYS/Workbench finite element analysis software, the cutter head stratum coupling model under this condition is established, and the simulation research is carried out, and the stress components under the coupling condition are obtained. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of cutter head is 2.58MPa and the maximum equivalent stress intensity of the stratum is 1.91MPa. The basic law of the distribution of the equivalent stress of the stratum is the same as that of the cutterhead. The stress concentration is obvious along the direction of the radius increasing. Finally, the optimization design scheme of cutterhead structure is proposed according to the model equivalent stress distribution law.
